Assistan Manager Sales (C&I)

SiSUN Electric, a leading renewable energy company in Pakistan, specializes in solar installations, EV charging infrastructure, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and energy trading solutions. With offices in Islamabad and Lahore, the company is rapidly expanding and aims to support businesses in reducing energy costs, ensuring reliable power, and transitioning to cleaner energy sources. We are seeking an Assistant Manager Sales (Commercial & Industrial) to spearhead our BESS sales efforts within the commercial and industrial sectors, including factories, hotels, hospitals, malls, and other large facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new commercial and industrial clients for BESS solutions, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and managing inbound leads.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess load profiles, power challenges, and energy expenses.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to scope technical solutions and prepare detailed commercial proposals, including financial feasibility analyses such as payback periods, ROI, tariff savings, and genset replacement benefits.
- Clearly present the value proposition of BESS to key decision-makers, including business owners, CFOs, and facility or operations managers.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, managing deals through to successful handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales forecasts within the CRM system and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, tariff and policy changes, and evolving customer needs, sharing insights with the internal team.
- Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar energy, BESS, or other B2B technical sales environments.
- Practical knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Understanding of commercial and industrial electricity tariffs, net metering, and the energy landscape in Pakistan.
- Ability to interpret basic load data and electricity bills, and effectively communicate financial returns to clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Existing network within industrial, hospitality, or commercial sectors is advantageous.
- Experience with solar EPC projects or energy storage proposal development.
- Familiarity with tender or proposal-based sales processes.
