Assistant Accountant

Located in DHA EME, Lahore, All Nations Wholesale is a dynamic distributor of ethnic and international FMCG products serving markets in Spain, Sweden, and Slovakia. As the company expands its European sales operations, we are seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper to join our Lahore office. The Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting using the Odoo ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including follow-ups
- Record payments, expenses, and receipts
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Perform data entry and assist in preparing accounting reports using Odoo ERP
- Verify transactions to ensure data integrity across all records

Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of accounting software; experience with Odoo ERP is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
