Gofy Candy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support our accounting department in various tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Provide support during audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Education: B.com
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Gender: Only Male candidates.
- Proficiency in accounting software and and also knows about (MS Office Suite. (preference (Excel + IT)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
