Assistant Accountant

JV Lands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for B.Com graduates, including freshers, to start their careers in accounting and finance. The role involves supporting daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting the accounts team with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, strong numerical skills, and a keen attention to detail, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documents.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records under supervision.
- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems.
- Help reconcile accounts and verify financial information.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
- Support the accounts team with routine financial reports and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel and general computer skills.

Salary and Location
The position offers a monthly salary of PKR 40,000. The job is based at 17 CCA, DHA Phase 8, Ex Park View, Lahore, Pakistan. This role requires the candidate to work on-site.
