The Assistant Branch Manager will play a crucial role in supporting branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Support overall management and growth of the Gujranwala branch by overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and Takaful guidelines.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance targets while fostering a customer-centric service culture.
- Manage customer relationships by handling queries, resolving escalations, and coordinating claims and policy servicing efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze regular reports on branch performance to assist senior management in decision-making.
- Participate in local market outreach initiatives and collaborate with senior management to implement branch-level strategies and business development plans.
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving branch sales targets through effective planning and team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and develop branch staff effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and conflict resolution to address diverse customer needs.
- Sound understanding of financial services, preferably in Takaful or insurance, along with basic knowledge of Islamic financial principles.
- Competence in sales planning, business development, and achieving targets within a branch or regional context.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to handle daily operations and multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with data, prepare performance reports, and utilize standard office and branch management software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
