Pie Guys Pizzas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at our cloud kitchen located in Clifton, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly while upholding our high standards for quality and brand consistency. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate with delivery partners, manage inventory, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cloud kitchen operations to ensure efficient order flow and timely service.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and supervise shifts to maintain productivity.
- Monitor sales figures, order volumes, and key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure prompt preparation, packing, and dispatch of orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Handle cash management, control inventory, minimize wastage, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and riders to guarantee timely order dispatch.
- Address customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene protocols, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain product quality and uphold brand standards consistently.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions swiftly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quick service restaurants (QSR), restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience specifically in QSR or cloud kitchen operations will be an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
- Work location is in person at the Clifton, Karachi cloud kitchen facility.
