- Collaborate with e-commerce and web teams to brief, test, and track website changes, including A/B testing, landing pages, and product detail page content.
- Identify and research potential brand partners such as athletes, gyms, fight promotions, events, influencers, and co-branding opportunities.
- Initiate outreach efforts, prepare partnership proposals, and support negotiations alongside the Marketing Director.
- Coordinate the activation of signed partnerships and report on outcomes relative to agreed objectives.
- Review all customer touchpoints—including website, social media, email, marketplaces, packaging, retail/POS, events, and customer service—to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Recommend practical improvements to tone, visuals, and customer experience, and assist with their implementation.
- Help maintain and enforce brand guidelines across internal teams and external agencies.
- Support campaign planning, briefing, and launches in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
- Track brand KPIs and prepare regular performance updates for leadership.
- Manage small budgets and agency/vendor relationships as assigned.
