Assistant Director - Examination

Air University is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its Examination Department at the Karachi Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing examination processes within a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. This role requires a thorough understanding of HEC policies and academic regulations, along with excellent IT and office automation skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee examination processes in accordance with HEC guidelines and university policies.
- Ensure compliance with the latest academic regulations set by HEC.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to examinations.
- Utilize IT and office automation tools to enhance the efficiency of examination operations.
- Support the implementation of new examination policies and procedures as required.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA, MSc, or an equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Exams Department of an HEC recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of current HEC policies and academic regulations.
- Proficiency in IT applications and office automation tools essential for managing examination workflows.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The terminal degree must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Candidates must be between 25 and 50 years of age.
- This position is based exclusively at the Karachi Campus.
