Assistant Director (Program)

This position requires a dedicated professional with a strong academic background and relevant experience in management, social sciences, or related fields. The role involves supporting program implementation through effective field monitoring, data collection, and maintaining accurate documentation. The candidate will also assist in compliance reviews and coordinate activities with various field offices, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and donor organizations, particularly within the education sector, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field monitoring and data collection to support program activities.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation and files to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in compliance reviews to ensure adherence to organizational and donor requirements.
- Coordinate with field offices to facilitate communication and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and donor organizations as part of program implementation.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Arts & Humanities.
- Degree must be obtained from HEC-recognized national universities or accredited foreign institutions.
- At least three (03) years of verifiable, relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors.
- Experience should include management, field monitoring, data collection, program documentation, compliance assistance, and coordination with field offices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Preference will be given to candidates holding an M.Phil or PhD degree in the relevant fields mentioned above.
- Candidates with experience working alongside government agencies, NGOs, and both international and domestic donor organizations will be prioritized.
- Sound knowledge of the education sector is considered an advantage.
