The Assistant Farm Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and daily operations of farms affiliated with Master Agro Industries, primarily focusing on poultry and dairy activities. This full-time, on-site position is located in Hyderabad District and involves supervising farm personnel, monitoring the health and welfare of livestock, and ensuring efficient feed utilization and farm hygiene. The role also includes assisting with the planning and implementation of irrigation schedules, overseeing crop and fodder production, and maintaining accurate records of farm inputs, outputs, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations, including livestock care and staff management.
- Monitor animal health and welfare, ensuring adherence to biosecurity and safety protocols.
- Manage feed usage to optimize nutrition and reduce waste.
- Assist in planning and executing irrigation schedules to support crop and fodder growth.
- Oversee crop and fodder production activities to maintain adequate feed supply.
- Maintain detailed records related to farm inputs, outputs, equipment, and inventory.
- Enforce safety, biosecurity, and quality standards across farm operations.
- Coordinate routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical, procurement, and feed production teams to align farm activities with company goals.
- Report operational performance and any issues to the Farm Manager promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in farm management or agricultural operations, with a strong understanding of livestock and crop management.
- Knowledge of poultry farming practices, including flock management, feed utilization, and biosecurity measures.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, water management, and field operations to enhance farm productivity.
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Animal Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Effective leadership and communication skills to manage farm staff and work collaboratively in a rural, on-site environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Prior experience in the feed or livestock industry will be considered an advantage.
