Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Farm Manager will play a vital role in supporting the management and daily operations of farms affiliated with Master Agro Industries, primarily focusing on poultry and dairy activities. This full-time, on-site position is located in Hyderabad District. Responsibilities include supervising farm staff, monitoring livestock health and welfare, and ensuring efficient feed utilization and farm hygiene standards. The role also involves assisting with the planning and execution of irrigation schedules, overseeing crop and fodder production, and maintaining accurate records of farm inputs, outputs, and inventory.

Additional duties include enforcing safety, biosecurity, and quality protocols, coordinating routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities, and reporting operational performance to the Farm Manager. The Assistant Farm Manager will collaborate closely with technical, procurement, and feed production teams to ensure smooth and effective farm operations aligned with company goals.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have practical experience in farm management or agricultural operations, with a solid understanding of crop, fodder, and livestock management practices. Experience in poultry farming is essential, including flock management, feed utilization, and biosecurity measures. Knowledge of irrigation systems, water management, and field operations that contribute to farm productivity is also required.

A diploma or degree in Agriculture, Animal Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are necessary, along with the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
