Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to join our team onsite in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and analytical financial skills, responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports while ensuring compliance with government and statutory regulations. This role demands a professional with excellent problem-solving abilities, mathematical aptitude, and report-writing expertise to support the company’s financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the company’s financial duties and projects effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and forecasts to maintain financial stability.
- Draft budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and regulatory reports accurately.
- Manage financial risks associated with business activities.
- Set performance targets by estimating short-term and long-term financial objectives.
- Compile financial reports and oversee month-end closing processes.
- Develop procurement processes and approve purchase orders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and financial reports within the finance department.
- Evaluate financial performance and measure return on investments (ROI).
- Provide training and guidance to staff on financial processes to enhance team capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- CA Inter with completed articles and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and statutory obligations.
- Analytical mindset with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient report-writing and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 110,000 and requires the candidate to work onsite in Lahore. Candidates with a strong background in finance and accounting, combined with the ability to manage complex financial tasks and lead a team, will find this role rewarding and challenging.
