This position focuses on providing essential technical and operational support to Partner Organizations (POs) to ensure the effective implementation of livelihood interventions. The role involves close collaboration with the Grant Manager–Livelihoods to oversee and support various livelihood grants, including productive asset transfers, skills development, employment, and income-generation activities. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and validating progress reports and beneficiary data submitted by assigned POs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved plans and targets. This role plays a vital part in enhancing program outcomes and contributing to sustainable development goals through diligent monitoring and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Grant Manager–Livelihoods in delivering technical and operational support to Partner Organizations to facilitate the successful implementation of livelihood programs.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of livelihood grants, including productive asset transfers, skills development initiatives, employment opportunities, and income-generation activities, ensuring all efforts align with approved plans, targets, and performance indicators.
- Review, validate, and verify progress reports, beneficiary data, and supporting documentation submitted by assigned Partner Organizations to maintain data integrity and uphold program accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Organizations to identify challenges and provide guidance aimed at improving program outcomes and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation required for donor compliance and internal assessments, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in livelihood program implementation, monitoring, or grant management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately review and validate data and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and coordinate with Partner Organizations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with livelihood interventions such as productive asset transfers, skills development, and income-generation activities.
