Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage Windows server environments and network administration tasks, including configuration and maintenance.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed to protect organizational information.
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of hardware and software.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT systems, processes, and policies.
