Assistant Manager – SAP B1 (HANA) Functional

Novamed Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – SAP B1 (HANA) Functional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functional aspects of SAP Business One, supporting ERP processes, and ensuring seamless system operations throughout the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SAP B1 (HANA) and oversee ERP operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Manage system configuration, conduct testing, and deliver user training to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders and coordinate with technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Perform report testing to verify accuracy and reliability of system outputs.
- Support master data management and contribute to improving overall business process efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- A degree or professional qualification such as ACCA, MBA (Finance), BBA, or BS in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 (HANA) functional support and ERP operations.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and ERP system functionalities.
- Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and conducting user training sessions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to address functional challenges effectively.
