We are one of the leading Real Estate development Company in Pakistan, initiating a mega project of multiple highrise residential & commercial towers in Karachi. We are looking for Professional Candidates in the field of Finance & Accounts to manage day to day financial activities with following attributes: :
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Prepare and manage financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Arrange financial audits and reviews as required.
- Prepare Payroll and Manage HR related matters.
- Liaison with Banks and other financial institutions for all related matters includes Bank Reconciliation.
- Manage day-to-day transactions, maintain daily cash balances and ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business to operate effectively.
- Ensuring compliances of FBR, SECP and other regulatory authorities.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Minimum ACCA Qualified.3-5 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Be able to report all the activities to the Manager / Directors.
- Well organized with good analytical and time management skills.
- Good Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills
- Attention to detail & Good at numbers
- Proficient at Ms Office (Strong command on Excel) & Ms Word.
