Assistant Manager Accounts

Joyland Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant post-articles experience and possess strong accounting knowledge to support the company’s financial operations. This role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing data, managing budgets, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 120,000 to PKR 130,000 and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor overall financial performance and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation and development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track budgetary performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective measures as needed.
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers to optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Monitor the aging of receivables and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Manage banking activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.

Required Qualifications:
- CA Finalist, CMA, CA Intermediate, or ACCA qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience post-articles in a similar accounting or finance role.
