Assistant Manager - Administration and ER

As the Assistant Manager of Administration and Employee Relations, you will oversee day-to-day factory administration and ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Your responsibilities include managing labor-related matters, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, and handling workers’ payroll inputs for timely and accurate processing. You will implement and maintain 5S practices across the plant to promote workplace efficiency and discipline, support the implementation of HSE standards, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements.

Additionally, you will coordinate safety inspections, identify potential risks, and follow up on corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments. Your role involves overseeing plant security, access control, security personnel, and visitor management to ensure a safe and secure workplace. You will manage general administration activities including housekeeping, canteen, transport, facility maintenance, utilities, and other employee support services, while also coordinating with various departments to streamline administrative processes and resolve day-to-day operational issues. Maintaining proper records, reports, and documentation related to administration, security, HSE, and general plant services is also a key responsibility. Finally, you will support management in implementing administrative policies and procedures and perform any other duties assigned by management.
