We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the Health & Life insurance sector in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the insurance industry. This role involves research and development as well as the selling of Health & Life insurance products. The position offers a competitive salary and requires working primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak renewal periods. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Support business growth by expanding Health & Life insurance offerings in Pakistan through technical advisory and consulting services. Collaborate closely with country management and service teams to deliver a wide range of Health & Life insurance solutions, facilitate new product development, and maximize business opportunities. Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and capability reports to support marketing efforts.
Manage and support research and development activities related to claims, operational processes, project sourcing, and risk or infrastructure issues relevant to the role. Provide servicing for assigned accounts, including conducting regular client meetings and participating in other business areas as required. Lead project management efforts for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and insurance broker tenders, including report writing, presentations, and preparation of insurance manuals, stewardship reports, and renewal documentation.
Maintain daily liaison with insurers to manage relationships, ensure accurate and timely data collection, and ensure full compliance with regulatory policies and guidelines. Monitor client activities daily and coordinate with providers and insurers to guarantee the timely issuance of necessary documentation. Perform other assignments as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is essential. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably within the insurance sector. Proven expertise in research and development within the Life & Health insurance sector in Pakistan is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with meticulous attention to detail and strong presentation abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory.
