Our product range includes Plastic Fillers, Color and Additive Masterbatch, and specialized Polymer Compounds primarily used in PP and PE based plastics. We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager Business Development to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. This role focuses on driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing regular sales performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics to senior management.
- Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events, supporting business development efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within the polymer or plastics industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry-related events.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly with polymer compounds or masterbatch products, will be considered an advantage.
- The position is based at Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
- There are two openings available for this role.
