Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, a subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager CAD to join its engineering team. The company, known for its corporate excellence and manufacturing of New Holland tractors in collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, operates a state-of-the-art plant in Dera Ghazi Khan. This role focuses on developing and maintaining precise 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and parts catalogues for tractor components. The Assistant Manager CAD will play a key role in supporting product development and design optimization by conducting design simulations, failure analysis, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to manage design changes and improve overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for tractor parts and components according to design specifications.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of drawings, including revisions, design changes, and issuance dates to ensure proper document control.
- Perform design simulations and failure mode analysis using CREO software to evaluate component performance and identify potential design issues.
- Analyze simulation data and recommend design improvements and optimized solutions for critical tractor components.
- Create and regularly update parts catalogues based on the latest 3D models, design changes, and engineering specifications.
- Ensure that updated drawings and technical data are accurately communicated to end users and relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and utilize CAD software tools and modules, including CREO, to enhance design capabilities and engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments to support design changes, meet technical requirements, and resolve design-related challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, DAE, or B.Tech from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job-Specific and Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and engineering drawings using CREO or Pro-E.
- Working knowledge of ANSYS and other engineering simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of design optimization and failure analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and design specifications.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
