Assistant Manager - Civil Inspection

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience working with consultants or inspection and testing companies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute and be professionally registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). This role requires proficiency in operating all relevant civil engineering software and a strong ability to manage multiple facets of project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery of projects to ensure completion within the agreed time frame, budget, and client expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff to execute daily operations, ensuring all project targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor project progress closely, identifying critical activities and taking proactive steps to maintain smooth workflow on-site.
- Ensure all projects comply with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs by applying appropriate verification and control techniques.
- Guarantee the availability and proper allocation of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal teams and external parties, including consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Assist in preparing the annual business plan and take responsibility for meeting forecasted budgets, cash flow, and profitability targets.
- Support the marketing team in identifying and developing new business opportunities to contribute to company growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Professional registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with consultants or inspection and testing companies.
- Proficiency in operating civil engineering software tools essential for project planning and execution.
