The Assistant Manager Collaboration will play a crucial role in supporting the development, execution, and management of strategic partnerships and collaborations for Ignite’s initiatives. This position requires close coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive program objectives, foster international cooperation, and enhance the innovation ecosystem. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful implementation of joint initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and pursuing partnership and collaboration opportunities with local and international stakeholders.
- Support the drafting and negotiation of partnership proposals, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and agreements.
- Coordinate partnership activities and serve as a liaison between Ignite and partner organizations to ensure smooth communication.
- Organize and represent Ignite at collaboration meetings, innovation forums, and international delegations.
- Support the implementation of joint initiatives, ensuring they meet project objectives and adhere to timelines.
- Maintain and update partnership databases, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Contribute to the planning, organization, and management of events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Conduct research on global best practices and recommend effective collaboration models within innovation and startup ecosystems.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for collaboration initiatives and international outreach activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration (BBA), or LLB with a focus on Mercantile Law.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in partnership development, project coordination, public-private collaborations, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills essential for managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, concept notes, and partnership proposals.
- Good project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Familiarity with national and international startup support mechanisms is considered an advantage.
- The role is classified under Grade-III with one vacancy available.
- Candidates should not exceed 40 years of age.
