Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support internal, customer, and compliance audits related to traceability by preparing documentation, liaising with departments, and assisting auditors during reviews.
- Maintain effective traceability systems and procedures to ensure compliance with established standards across production and operational processes.
- Monitor traceability records to guarantee complete and accurate tracking of materials, production processes, products, documentation, and operational records.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from audit findings, verifying their implementation and effectiveness to resolve underlying issues.
- Prepare and organize audit evidence, including records, reports, samples, and supporting documentation, ensuring timely availability during audits.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on traceability requirements to enhance understanding and compliance across departments.
- Support root-cause analysis for recurring traceability problems and audit non-conformities by collaborating with relevant teams to identify and address process weaknesses.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in traceability, compliance, audits, or related functions within the apparel or textile sector.
- Hands-on experience managing audit portals, including uploading documentation, maintaining compliance records, responding to audit requests, tracking corrective actions, and coordinating portal activities.
