We are looking for a motivated and adaptable professional to join our team in Hyderabad, working in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 10 years of experience and a strong interest in technology, with the ability to quickly learn new skills in diverse situations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing the first line Control Management Centre of Excellence to promote safe growth and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Conduct end-to-end control testing according to a predefined schedule and methodology, effectively managing any conflicts in delivery.
- Implement the control testing strategy to guarantee reliable and consistent outcomes.
- Deliver thorough and high-quality testing aligned with established methodologies, policies, and standards.
- Perform root cause analysis on any test failures and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Propose enhancements to control testing methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Clearly and concisely report findings and deviations, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Professional IT audit certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, QiCA, or an equivalent credential.
- Alternatively, a recognized finance or accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end SOX IT General Computer Controls testing.
- Specific expertise in testing IT Privileged Access controls.
- Ability to translate risks into control measures and evaluate the impact of exceptions.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively within a team, deliver quality results on time, and confidently escalate issues when appropriate.
