Assistant Manager DICT Post Sales Services -IT

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with extensive hands-on experience in advanced IT technologies, including mainstream operating systems and virtualization platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and troubleshooting environments involving Redhat, Ubuntu, Microsoft, VMware, OpenShift, OLVM, and Microsoft Hyper-V. This role requires a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving IT issues while maintaining clear communication with customers. The successful candidate will support the continuous operation of network systems through both on-site and remote technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate expertise in advanced IT technologies with practical experience in mainstream operating systems and virtualization solutions such as Redhat, Ubuntu, Microsoft, VMware, OpenShift, OLVM, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, ensuring clear communication of status updates and resolutions to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices to provide optimal solutions and safeguard company systems.
- Manage compute and storage solutions from leading vendors including Dell, Huawei, HPE, IBM, and H3C with proven hands-on experience.
- Coordinate and configure proof of concept engagements in collaboration with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Deliver Level 1 support and escalate complex issues to OEM Advanced Technical Assistance Center (TAC) teams when necessary.
- Provide both on-site and remote technical support to ensure uninterrupted network operations.
- Possess hands-on experience with broader network technologies such as routing, switching, WLAN, and security, which will be considered an advantage.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on equipment and applications to facilitate smooth transitions and effective use of technology.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential.
- Professional-level OEM certifications such as CCNP Data Center or HCIP Compute are preferred.
- Expert-level certifications (IE) are also desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

- Up to 10 years of experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of compute, storage, virtualization, and software solutions, including Microsoft and Oracle technologies.
- Experience working with multiple compute, GPU, and storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) infrastructure models.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure and overall IT infrastructure is highly valued.
