Assistant Manager DICT Post Sales Services - IT

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in advanced technologies, operating systems, and virtualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mainstream OS platforms such as Redhat, Ubuntu, and Microsoft, along with virtualization technologies including VMWare, Openshift, OLVM, and Microsoft HyperV. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting compute and storage solutions, coordinating proof of concept engagements, and providing both on-site and remote technical support to ensure uninterrupted network operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate proficiency with advanced IT technologies and hands-on experience in mainstream operating systems and virtualization platforms like Redhat, Ubuntu, Microsoft, VMWare, Openshift, OLVM, and Microsoft HyperV.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT-related issues promptly, ensuring clear communication of status and resolutions to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices to deliver optimal solutions and safeguard company systems.
- Provide proven hands-on support for compute and storage solutions from vendors such as Dell, Huawei, HPE, IBM, and H3C.
- Configure and coordinate proof of concept engagements in collaboration with OEM partners.
- Deliver Level 1 technical support and escalate complex issues to OEM Advanced TAC teams as necessary.
- Offer both on-site and remote technical assistance to maintain continuous network operations.
- Possess hands-on experience with broader network technologies, including routing, switching, WLAN, and security, which will be considered an advantage.
- Train staff on equipment and applications to facilitate smooth transitions and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is essential.
- Solid experience, preferably up to 10 years, in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of compute, storage, virtualization, and software solutions such as Microsoft and Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of multiple compute, GPU, and storage solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) infrastructures.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure and overall IT infrastructure management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Possession of valid professional-level OEM certifications such as CCNP Data Center or HCIP Compute is highly desirable.
- Expert-level certifications (IE) will be considered an added advantage.
