Assistant Manager DICT Post Sales Services - Network

We are seeking a skilled networking professional with strong expertise in advanced networking technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple network OEMs and a solid understanding of data center networking, SDN, MPLS, and cybersecurity best practices. This role involves troubleshooting complex network issues, managing firmware upgrades, and providing both on-site and remote technical support to ensure seamless network operations. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with OEMs for proof of concept engagements and assist in training staff on equipment and applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in configuring and managing advanced networking technologies, including Software Defined Networking (SDN), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), and data center networking environments.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network issues efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers regarding status and resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest security and networking best practices to implement effective solutions that safeguard company systems.
- Possess proven hands-on experience with multiple network OEMs such as Cisco, Huawei, and H3C.
- Coordinate and configure proof of concept engagements in collaboration with OEM partners.
- Manage firmware upgrades and patch management for network equipment, working closely with OEM support teams.
- Provide Level 1 technical support and escalate complex issues to OEM Advanced Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) when necessary.
- Deliver both on-site and remote technical support to ensure continuous network availability and performance.
- Exhibit hands-on experience with broader IT infrastructure technologies, including compute, storage, virtualization, and GPU infrastructure.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on network equipment and applications to facilitate smooth operational transitions.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Valid professional-level network certifications such as CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), HCNP (Huawei Certified Network Professional), or H3CSE (H3C Certified Senior Engineer) are preferred.
- Up to 10 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, firewalls, switching, routing, and WLAN environments.
- Solid experience working with WLAN networks, including the latest Wi-Fi 7 standards.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as compute servers, GPU servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
