Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager Finance to oversee and manage their financial operations. The ideal candidate will hold an ACCA qualification and possess a solid background in finance and accounting. This role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations while providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and handle day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and detailed management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, control expenses, and track budget performance to ensure financial health.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary support during audit processes.
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to assist management in making informed business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Hands-on experience in taxation, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site, ensuring close collaboration with the finance team and management.
