We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager Finance to join our team on-site in Karachi Division. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting the company’s financial health and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including ledgers and reconciliations, to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare monthly financial statements that reflect the company’s financial position and performance.
- Develop annual budgets and profitability projections to guide financial planning and decision-making.
- Manage comprehensive reports on accounts payable and receivable, assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants, supporting tax and regulatory filings, and leading external audit processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to Big 4 accounting firms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in ERP or financial management systems, along with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities effectively.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes within a corporate environment is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly across different teams and functions.
- Demonstrated capability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
