The Assistant Manager Financial Analysis plays a critical role in conducting thorough financial evaluations to ensure that investment benefits are realized as anticipated. This position involves performing detailed pre-investment analysis, as well as comprehensive post-investment evaluations to compare projected outcomes with actual results. The insights gained from these analyses help improve future investment planning and enhance overall efficiency. The role also supports the formulation of investment strategies by providing financial analysis across existing operations, new business initiatives, and strategic projects spanning multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end financial analysis for all investment projects, including new and expansion initiatives, incorporating updated cost factors and market conditions.
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for both existing and new business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Perform detailed financial assessments of Universal Service Fund (USF) lots in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support pre- and post-investment financial analysis for Cell on Wheels (COW) sites, coordinating closely with involved parties to meet project requirements.
- Carry out post-investment financial evaluations for completed projects, ensuring compliance with established policies and processes.
- Continuously enhance the ROI evaluation process by researching and implementing innovative financial methodologies.
- Maintain and monitor a centralized database containing pre- and post-investment financial evaluation results for all projects.
- Assist the Line Manager in the timely and efficient execution of assigned tasks and management directives.
- Proactively identify and assess compliance risks related to financial processes, reporting these risks promptly and taking preventive actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to existing policies and procedures, supporting both internal and external audit activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments, ensuring timely documentation and efficient management of trackers and databases.

Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in financial analysis, particularly in evaluating investment projects from inception through completion.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive ROI assessments and financial evaluations aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Experience working with investment projects involving Universal Service Fund (USF) and Cell on Wheels (COW) sites is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of compliance risk management and the ability to identify, report, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining financial databases and managing detailed records of investment evaluations.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
