Assistant Manager HR - Talent Acquisition

Beaconhouse School System is seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher for its SA Gardens Campus in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging O Level English (1123) lessons aligned with the Cambridge syllabus and the school’s scheme of work. This role requires a passionate educator who can develop students’ reading, writing, and language skills while preparing them effectively for Cambridge examinations. The teacher will also be expected to use diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning needs, assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and communicate progress with parents. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging O Level English (1123) lessons in accordance with the Cambridge syllabus and school curriculum.
- Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, and language skills, preparing them thoroughly for Cambridge examinations.
- Employ varied teaching methods to support learners with diverse needs and learning styles.
- Assess student assignments, provide clear and actionable feedback, and use assessment results to inform future lesson planning.
- Monitor and track student progress consistently, and communicate effectively with parents during meetings.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in English or a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the Cambridge O Level English (1123) syllabus.
- Strong command of the English language and a thorough understanding of Cambridge assessment criteria.
- Proven ability in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and classroom management.
- Skilled in teaching exam techniques and providing meaningful feedback on students’ writing.
- Confidence in using assessment data and digital tools to enhance student learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing educational needs.
