• To assist the Line Manager in monthly Payroll management, coordinate with Finance & Accounts & Administration department for smooth execution.
  • To assist the Line Manager in day to day HR operations and oversee HR activities.
  • To maintain the employee status from probation to confirmation, increments, appraisal and final settlement and recording the events in the software.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of employees related data in Payroll software.
  • To Prepare the Payroll Adjustments, New Appointments and Final Settlements as per policy.
  • Performing Payroll processing, developing and implementing procedures and applications for payroll.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Be able to prepare end to end Payroll Preparation, Management & Reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and periodic reports (Payroll analysis, monthly Head Count and Employee Turn-over reports, monthly Diagnostic Staff Attrition / Turnover report).
  • To maintain HR Dashboard.
  • To Assist the Line Manager in reviewing Performance Appraisal, Quarterly reviews, Salary Increment etc.
  • To address and discuss with the Line manager employee performance related issues at all level.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Line Manager or Management.
  • Strives to maintain excellent employee relations, a healthy work culture and environment.
  • Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines etc.
  • Facilitates in organizing internal and external HR events.
  • Maintain and update employee records and information in the software.
  • Facilitate in conducting Job analysis, Developing and maintaining organization charts, Job descriptions & specifications.
  • Generate analysis to understand trends such as employee turnover.
  • To conduct Job Analysis as and when required basis.
  •  To assist the Line Manager to issue various letters to the employees (Experience certificates, Confirmation letters etc).
  • Handle employee grievances as and when required basis.
