Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager – Research to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and practical experience in research, particularly within the fields of economics, development studies, public policy, statistics, or social sciences. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support PSDF’s strategic objectives and program evaluations.
- Design and implement data collection tools, surveys, and research methodologies to gather relevant information.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into policy recommendations and program designs.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects to assess their impact and suggest improvements.
- Present research outcomes to senior management and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated on sector trends, best practices, and emerging research techniques relevant to skill development and public policy.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, or Social Sciences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and produce clear, concise reports.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Experience in designing surveys, data collection, and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with prior experience in the skills development sector or working with development organizations will be given preference. Familiarity with data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, or similar tools is advantageous.
