Assistant Manager

Ravi Chemical Complex (RCC), located in Kala Shah Kaku, Lahore, is seeking qualified candidates to fill seven contract positions across various departments. These roles include Assistant Manager (Finance & Taxation), Laboratory Assistant, Assistant Supervisor, Operators, Fitter, and Electrical Assistant. Key Responsibilities

- Assistant Manager (Finance & Taxation): Manage financial operations, ensure compliance with taxation laws, prepare financial reports, and oversee budgeting and auditing processes. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain accurate financial records.

- Laboratory Assistant: Support laboratory activities by preparing samples, conducting routine tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist senior lab staff in research and quality control processes.

- Assistant Supervisor: Supervise daily operations within assigned departments, coordinate workflow, monitor staff performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Facilitate communication between management and operational teams.

- Operators: Operate machinery and equipment in production lines, monitor process parameters, perform routine maintenance, and report any operational issues to supervisors. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

- Fitter: Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment. Interpret technical drawings, troubleshoot mechanical faults, and ensure machinery operates smoothly.

- Electrical Assistant: Assist in electrical maintenance tasks, support installation and repair of electrical systems, and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards. Work closely with senior electricians to resolve technical issues.

Required Qualifications

- For Assistant Manager (Finance & Taxation): A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with relevant experience in financial management and taxation.

- For Laboratory Assistant: A diploma or degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with basic laboratory experience.

- For Assistant Supervisor: Relevant technical diploma or degree with supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.

- For Operators: Technical certification or diploma in relevant fields with hands-on experience operating industrial machinery.

- For Fitter: Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related trades with practical fitting experience.

- For Electrical Assistant: Diploma or certification in electrical engineering or related fields with foundational knowledge of electrical systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
