Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH) is seeking a skilled professional to lead its hospital billing operations, manage corporate accounts, and maintain strong partnerships with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs). The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in hospital billing within a tertiary-care setting and demonstrate the ability to streamline financial processes and ensure accurate reporting. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to enhance revenue cycle management and uphold strict billing controls, contributing to the hospital’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient billing processes, corporate accounts, insurance and TPA claims, and receivables to guarantee timely and precise financial transactions.
- Manage corporate agreements, negotiate rate contracts, and nurture effective client relationships to support and grow hospital revenue.
- Monitor claim settlements, track outstanding payments, and identify areas of potential revenue leakage to improve overall financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting through the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), maintain billing controls, and facilitate coordination among various hospital departments to optimize billing operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in hospital billing, preferably within a tertiary-care hospital environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing insurance claims, corporate accounts, and billing operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and revenue cycle management specific to healthcare settings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Master’s degree is required for this position.
- Prior experience working directly with insurance companies and TPAs is highly desirable.
- This is an on-site role, requiring the candidate to work from the hospital premises.
- Competitive monthly salary range from Rs150,000 to Rs250,000.
