Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH) is looking for a seasoned professional to oversee hospital billing operations, manage corporate accounts, and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital billing and finance, preferably within a tertiary-care hospital setting, and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes while supporting revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient billing, corporate accounts, insurance and TPA claims, as well as receivables to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate corporate agreements, rate contracts, and maintain client relationships to support business growth and compliance.
- Monitor claim settlements, track outstanding payments, and identify any revenue leakage to optimize hospital income.
- Ensure accurate reporting through the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), maintain billing controls, and facilitate coordination across various hospital departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospital billing, preferably within a tertiary-care hospital environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance claim processes, corporate account management, and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Master’s degree is highly preferred to meet the advanced requirements of the role.
- Proven ability to manage complex billing operations and corporate client relationships effectively.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs250,000 based on experience and qualifications.
- Work location is on-site, requiring the candidate to be available for in-person engagement.
