We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Microsoft Developer to join our IT team based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET, and SQL. This role involves both hands-on development and coordination tasks, requiring strong problem-solving skills and effective communication. It is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary of PKR 175,000, which is negotiable depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and related technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet project specifications.
- Create reports, dashboards, and integrations utilizing Power BI and other relevant tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain smooth system operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all development and configuration activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers within the team.
- Ensure compliance with code quality standards and software development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated platforms.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, .NET framework, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, entities, and customization techniques.
- Effective time management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
This position requires the candidate to work on-site in Lahore. The role offers a competitive salary starting at PKR 175,000 per month, with flexibility based on the candidate’s experience.
