Assistant Manager MRP

Leatherware Pvt Ltd, a reputable football manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager specializing in Material Requirements Planning (MRP). The successful candidate will be responsible for planning material needs, monitoring inventory levels and shortages, and coordinating closely with procurement, stores, and production teams to ensure materials are available on time. This role is critical in maintaining smooth production operations and meeting delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage material requirements to support production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages proactively.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Utilize ERP systems and Excel tools for inventory analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on material status to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MRP or material planning roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Ability to analyze inventory data and forecast material needs effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the football or sports goods manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- The position is based on-site at 19 Km Daska Road, Sialkot, requiring in-person attendance.
