Backed by significant investments from leading venture capital firms, we have established a strong leadership position in the real estate sector. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the accuracy and integrity of employee data, payroll, and benefits throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and maintaining workforce data governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Records:
Verify all employee master data including CNIC, salary, designation, reporting lines, bank details, dependents, and emergency contacts prior to activation. Manage employee setup across HRMS, payroll, medical insurance, provident fund, EOBI, and other benefits platforms. Ensure all contracts, policy acknowledgments, and statutory documents are signed, properly filed, and audit-ready from day one.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Execute monthly payroll in PKR, covering salaries, commissions, deductions, taxes, and adjustments, while validating commission submissions against approved business logic. Process salary revisions, promotions, transfers, and increments based on approved recommendations. Administer Provident Fund, EOBI, insurance, OPD, fuel, and other benefit programs by managing eligibility, enrollment, claims, utilization, and annual limits. Conduct monthly audits of benefits data to identify inactive employees, duplicate enrollments, or coverage gaps, and reconcile vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy.

Compliance & Workforce Insights:
Maintain audit readiness for internal and external audits as well as due diligence processes. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, taxation, EOBI, and company policies by establishing controls to minimize payroll and documentation errors. Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and payment validations. Track workforce metrics such as attrition, headcount, compensation trends, and payroll fluctuations to support pay structures and workforce planning.

Offboarding & Final Settlement:
Oversee end-to-end offboarding in accordance with company policy and legal requirements, ensuring complete exit documentation including approvals, warnings, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary records. Process final settlements covering commissions, recoveries, leave encashment, notice period adjustments, and statutory dues. Ensure timely removal of employees from payroll, insurance, provident fund, EOBI, and other systems, maintaining a clean audit trail.
