Assistant Manager Process Excellence (Fabric Division)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Process Excellence in the Fabric Division of the denim industry. This role focuses on driving process improvements, enhancing productivity, and ensuring operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and continuous improvement, with the ability to develop standardized procedures and lead initiatives that optimize quality and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough process analysis to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Enhance productivity and operational efficiency through targeted interventions.
- Perform data analysis, generate reports, and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and implement corrective actions to address process issues.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives aimed at defect reduction.
- Manage cost optimization and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.

Work Location and Employment Details:
This is a full-time, in-person position based in the S.I.T.E Area, Karachi. The salary range for this role is Rs100,000 to Rs150,000 per month.
