Located in Karachi, the Assistant Manager – Production is a key contributor within the pharmaceutical production unit, responsible for supporting management and coordinating manufacturing activities. This role ensures that production targets are met consistently while maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and regulatory standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to optimize operational efficiency and uphold the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations in accordance with batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to implement timely preventive and corrective maintenance actions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation related to production activities, including managing deviations, change controls, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production or a related manufacturing function.

- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills to work efficiently with diverse teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships.

- Proficiency in programming and familiarity with the latest application development tools.
- Good understanding of modern source control tools such as GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and SharePoint.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
