Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs

The Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs (Grade-9) for the Central B region (Multan) will oversee comprehensive regulatory affairs management within the designated sub-region. This role involves active engagement with the PTA Zonal Office, Law Enforcement Agencies such as Police, FIA, NCCIA, and local government bodies including DHA and Cantonment Boards. The position also provides regulatory support to Sales, Franchise, and Kiosk operations, while coordinating with FAB regional offices to resolve interference issues. This role has been created by splitting the existing Central region, previously managed by a single Assistant Manager covering both Central A and Central B, to ensure focused coverage, timely responses, and consistent compliance across the entire geographic and operational scope.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time-sensitive and concurrent regulatory obligations, including handling escalations from Law Enforcement Agencies, attending PTA meetings, ensuring compliance requirements, and addressing QoS surveys, complaints, and court hearings across the sub-region.
- Facilitate kiosk activation, regularization, and approval processes to minimize delays caused by limited resource availability.
- Provide immediate on-site support to franchises during police or government agency actions such as PERA inspections, mitigating commercial and reputational risks.
- Maintain strong, regular in-person relationships with PTA’s regional office, local administrations, and Law Enforcement Agencies to ensure high-quality liaison and avoid under-servicing any sub-region.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
