Assistant Manager Sales (Import) (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics) is a well-established and trusted name in customs clearance services, catering to prominent importers and exporters throughout Pakistan. We are currently looking to hire a Manager Sales and an Assistant Manager Sales for our Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position requires a thorough understanding of the import process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to offer customized logistics solutions primarily focused on import customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to develop new business, prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at optimizing profits and minimizing costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office applications proficiently for reporting and communication purposes.
- Must have own vehicle or conveyance for client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 5 to 6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within import customs clearance.
