Assistant Manager - SAP Infrastructure Services

Cybernet is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager for SAP Infrastructure Services to join our team at the Head Office in Karachi. This full-time, onsite role involves supporting and enhancing SAP systems within a dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of SAP modules, working closely with various teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and development for SAP systems using ABAP programming.
- Develop and maintain BAPI interfaces and ALV reports to meet business requirements.
- Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation to support SAP processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues.
- Deliver end-user support and training across relevant SAP modules to enhance user proficiency.
- Assist in the integration and optimization of processes within FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and MM (Materials Management) modules.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including BAPI and ALV reporting.
- Familiarity with FI, CO, and MM modules to support functional integration.
- Proven ability to prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
- Experience providing both technical and functional end-user support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
