Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Utopia Brands is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join their team at the Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi. This role requires managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both local and international positions, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent across various functions. The position operates on-site with flexible shifts from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, offering a dynamic work environment where collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment teams is key.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local and international roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates across multiple departments.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, recruitment KPIs, and applicant tracking system (ATS) databases to streamline hiring workflows.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and evaluate AI-driven hiring solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to recruitment team members, helping them meet their hiring targets and improve overall team performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to team coordination or leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search strategies, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with international recruitment is considered an advantage.
