A qualified Chartered Accountant with 1.5 to 2.5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate taxation is sought for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in direct tax, TDS, advance tax, GST, DTAA, corporate taxation, and tax research. A solid understanding of end-to-end corporate tax laws and GST regulations is essential. Experience in managing assessments, audits, and responding to tax notices will be highly valued. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is required to efficiently handle tax-related processes. The role demands strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute corporate taxation activities including direct tax, TDS, advance tax, GST, and DTAA compliance.
- Conduct thorough tax research to ensure adherence to current tax laws and regulations.
- Handle tax assessments, audits, and respond to tax notices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth tax operations and compliance.
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Excel for tax data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and regulations to mitigate risks and optimize tax planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 1.5 to 2.5 years of post-qualification experience specifically in corporate taxation.
- Strong working knowledge of direct tax, TDS, advance tax, GST, DTAA, corporate taxation, and tax research.
- Good understanding of corporate tax laws and GST regulations from end to end.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
