Assistant Manager - Techno Functional

This role involves managing and overseeing multiple Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, LCM, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting, Invoicing, POS, and other related areas. The candidate will play a critical role in integrating Odoo with Oracle EBS using REST APIs, JSON, middleware, and SQL/PLSQL technologies. They will be responsible for resolving system integration challenges by developing effective technical solutions and collaborating closely with both functional and technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient system operations. Additionally, the position requires managing Odoo ERP modules related to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Order Management (OM), Purchase Orders (PO), Inventory, Cost Management, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, combining both functional and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Odoo ERP modules including Sales, LCM, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting, Invoicing, POS, and other related modules.
- Lead the integration of Odoo ERP with Oracle EBS using REST APIs, JSON, middleware, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Identify and resolve system integration issues by designing and implementing effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both functional and technical stakeholders, to ensure seamless ERP system operations.
- Oversee Odoo ERP modules such as GL, AP, AR, OM, PO, Inventory, Cost Management, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, providing both functional and technical guidance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant ERP experience with demonstrable hands-on expertise in Odoo and Oracle EBS integration.
- Proven experience in at least one to two complete Odoo ERP implementation projects.
