Assistant Manager/Senior Officer ECIB

Raqami Bank is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Officer / Assistant Manager to support the Electronic Credit Information Bureau (ECIB) function within the Operations department. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate, complete, and timely submission of credit information to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), maintain data integrity, and support compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is critical in safeguarding the Bank against regulatory risks by ensuring flawless ECIB reporting and effective data governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of ECIB in designing, implementing, and continuously improving ECIB reporting processes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of credit data to meet SBP reporting standards.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to maintain the integrity of ECIB submissions.
- Assist in monitoring and implementing regulatory changes related to ECIB reporting and compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports and management information for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation and records related to ECIB reporting.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect, validate, and reconcile credit information.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls to mitigate compliance risks.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, preferably in operations, regulatory reporting, credit administration, compliance, or related functions.
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of ECIB reporting and SBP regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in ECIB reporting and data management.
- Solid understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in data validation and reconciliation techniques.
- Familiarity with banking operations and credit processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
