Assistant Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital marketing efforts, analyzing performance data, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities across social media, email marketing, websites, and other relevant channels.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Create, review, and coordinate marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on engagement, leads, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project deliverables efficiently.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media presence and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Track marketing budgets, expenses, and campaign outcomes to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and overall brand visibility.
- Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and campaign management techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, social media insights, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
